Few months back, our company’s the regional Business managers meeting was held in Taiwan. On behalf of South Asia countries, I prepared a big presentation about the opportunities for new business in my region and attended the meeting.
In that report, I prepared that I introduced the paintbrush business in Tamilnadu and the business has risen to 200 crores, and if we do the business in whole of India, the business may raise to 2000 crores. And because of this our company will get the increase of Rs. 350 crores in addition.
In between this, my senior officer who is the in charge of the whole world business, told that his goal is to get Rs. 15 crore increase in business. As I spoke after him, instead of telling about the Rs. 350 crore business, I told about the plan for Rs. 10 crore and sat down. If your leaders do not have bigger vision, you cannot do anything.
Today, many Christian leaders are like this only. The gospel has not reached \u201c6 lakh villages in India\u201d, and 90% people have not heard about Jesus Christ. Even after telling this for hundreds of years, they have plans only to proclaim the gospel for few hundreds and think that they are great people in their own places and are showing their horsemanship in the earthen pot. And moreover there is no lack of titles.
