They overcame by the word of their testimony

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death”. (Revelation 12:11).
God’s children overcame Satan by the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ overcame them on the Cross. Not only we got the deliverance through the blood of Jesus Christ, but also the blood of Jesus Christ overcomes the enemy. So we should never forget the victory we get through the blood of Jesus Christ.
The Bible not only says about the victory through the blood of Jesus Christ, but also says about one more thing; they also overcame by the word of their testimony. That is the testimony we give about Jesus Christ. The testimony which we say that Jesus Christ is my God, Jesus Christ is my Saviour; this will put Satan to shame. When we testify that Jesus Christ has saved us, we overcome the enemy. About this only the Bible says the word of testimony. Is this word of testimony important? Yes! It is very important. Share your testimony for the glory of God. You will be victorious.
Faithful witness
“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” (Revelation 1:5, 6)
The Bible says about Jesus Christ that He is the faithful witness. Jesus Christ testifies about God. He testified about the Heaven and also testified about the coming. Jesus Christ testified about the things he got from the Father to John. Jesus Christ testified about His coming. Jesus Christ testified to the earth about the things He Himself saw and heard from heaven. He who believes on the words Jesus testified has eternal life. During the days of Jesus Christ on earth, he testified about God the Father, Heaven, and about the Kingdom of God. And we got saved believing on that. In these last days, Jesus Christ is testifying about his second coming which is going to happen very soon in the whole book of Revelation.
“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus”. (Revelation 22:20)
The testimony of Jesus is true testimony. Every testimony He testified about God, Heaven, and His coming, all are very true. He who believes in this faithful witness receives eternal life. He, who believes on the testimony of His coming, prepares himself and takes part in His coming. Amen! Come, Lord Jesus.
You are the witnesses
“I, even I, am the Lord, and beside me there is no Saviour”.
“I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God”. (Isaiah 43:11, 12)
Jesus Christ is the son of God, apart from Jesus Christ there is no salvation. Jesus Christ saves us. Jesus Christ heals us. Jesus Christ delivers us. Jesus is God and we are the witnesses that Jesus Christ is God.
I know a child of God. He accepted Jesus Christ in his young days. He testified about Jesus Christ to his friends. Among them, a particular person, even though he knows about Jesus Christ, he had a doubt in his heart. As he accepted Jesus Christ from a Hindu family, he had a doubt whether Jesus Christ is God, is He the Saviour. At that time he came to a prayer meeting. This child of God prophesied to that man. He told that today Jesus Christ will reveal Himself to you as God. And that man lied down on his bed that night. Immediately he heard the sound of thunders in his ears.
I am the only God: these words sounded in his ears. Because of the power of that sound, he had a burning sensation in his ears. Immediately his woke up and all his doubts vanished away. Yes! We are the witnesses that Jesus Christ is God.
Yes! My dear ones, you are the witnesses for Jesus Christ. If it true that Jesus Christ has saved you, share your testimony to others. God will be glorified. God is calling you to live for Him as true witnesses.
