Jesus Christ, the Son of David is coming soon.

Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God. Even though he was Lord of Lords, he loved us and came to this world. Jesus Christ humbled himself. He took the image of a man to redeem us from the sin. This is so great. Even though he was the son of God, he humbled himself and gave his life for us and manifested the love of God to us. “In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him”. (1 John – 4:9) As God loved us so much, he sent Jesus Christ to this world for us. Jesus Christ was called the Son of Man, as he came to this world as a man for us. Generally people take pride in identifying themselves with the people who are in bigger position than them to be known. But they feel shame to identifying the people who are lower than them. But Jesus Christ is not like that. He was not ashamed to adjoin himself with the mankind. He was not ashamed of being called the Son of man or Son of David. Jesus Christ is worshipped and praised in heaven, but to be in fellowship with us, and to give his life for us, and to be called as the son of David, he was not ashamed. What a wonder! But it is even more amazing that the son of God Jesus Christ is going to rule this earth as the son of David. The throne of David. “He shall be great, and shall be called the son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of David”. (Like – 1:32). It is amazing that Jesus is Christ is going to come and rule over this earth, just as David ruled over the people of Israel. Jesus Christ came to this world for us. He took the cross and died for us. He rose up and is waiting at the right hand of His father. He will destroy the Satan and the anti-Christ and will rule over this earth victoriously. Jesus Christ will remain at the right hand of the father till his enemies are destroyed. And we know from the Bible that after that He will come to rule over this earth. God promised David and said that, I will set up thy seed after thee and will establish his kingdom. According to that God rose up Jesus Christ from the generation of David. In the same way, he will establish the throne of David through Jesus Christ. There is no end to the kingdom of God. The promise which was given to David was fulfilled through Jesus Christ. And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after the, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. 2 Samuel – 7:12 But Jesus Christ did not come to this earth as a ruler in his first coming. The people of Israel did not accept Jesus Christ. But in his second coming he will come to this earth as the king of kings to rule. At that time, all the promises which were given to the Israelites will get fulfilled. We normally pray in the Lord’s Prayer. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. When will the perfect will of God be accomplished? When Jesus Christ rules over the earth, then only the will of God the father will be perfectly fulfilled. Even though God fulfils his will fully though his children in this earth, for the perfect will of God to be fulfilled in the whole earth, the righteous reign of Jesus Christ should come on earth. Just as Jesus Christ gave his life in his first coming to fulfil the will of His father, in the same way according to his father’s will, he will rule over the earth as the king of kings in his second coming. Then, the righteousness and peace will remain on this earth forever. Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously. Psalms – 96:10. Not only will Jesus Christ rule over this earth, but he will also judge the earth. He will erase all the sin and will make the righteousness to grow. When Jesus Christ comes to rule over the earth, he will judge the earth and will establish his righteous government. So when Jesus Christ comes and rule over the earth for thousand years, let us be found with him ruling over this earth with Jesus Christ. Let us prepare ourselves with fear and trembling for his coming! And let us prepare many people.
