“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need”. (Hebrews 4:15, 16).
Now God is in the throne of grace. Mercy and grace is revealed from there. Jesus Christ is pleading for us as a high priest. The blood of Jesus Christ gives us the grace to stand boldly before the throne of grace. Let us stand humbly there and receive God’s grace.
Let us stand before God’s presence to receive help to prepare many people for His coming. If we stand humbly before the throne of grace and sanctify ourselves, then we shall escape the judgment at the coming. When Jesus Christ sits upon the Judgment seat as a righteous judge and judge us, can we meet Him? Just think about this. If we come to the throne of grace and sanctify ourselves, we shall escape the judgment.
We can escape God’s judgment throne. When Jesus Christ, the Son of God, comes to judge the earth with the wrath of God, can we meet Him? Today an opportunity of grace is given us. Let us meet God before the throne of grace. Jesus Christ is there as the high priest to plead for us.
On that day we cannot stand before Him. God’s wrath and judgment will be in His eyes. His eyes will shine like the flame of fire. So, let us use these days of grace and repent. And let us truly prepare ourselves for the coming of Jesus Christ. Dr. Senthil Kumar
